Playing with Anger - Workshop for Women

"Playing with Anger" offers you an introduction to "Her Conscious Anger" Workbook for Women recently released by Julia Neumann and Alice Belz. The Workbook gives Women the opportunity to discover the empowerment available through accessing their Anger consciously in a step-by-step approach, in their own time and space. Participation is koha-based. The koha goes to Nelson Women's Center.

Julia will read an excerpt from the book and invite your sharing, as well as offering exercises so you can take home your unique experience.
