Sausage Making Workshop

In this particular occasion we open our doors to 12 lucky people into our boutique little factory and teach you how to make the best sausages using easy to find ingredients. This is a hands on workshop with lots of fun but also valuable skills to be learnt. We would divide into 4 teams of 3 people and each team will be making a different type of sausage. There will some classic flavours and some out of the box ones.

Then we will be doing a tasting of what was made in class. At the end of the day we will divide and pack the products and you get to take home to your families and friends what was made in class . All ingredients and equipment will be provided, only a good attitude is required.
