We often feel we are not good enough, wise enough, capable enough. When these thoughts arise, we can believe we are stuck, incapable of change or don’t measure up. We may then be hard on ourselves and lack confidence.
In this meditation half-day course, we will examine Buddha’s teachings to help us recognise, reduce and finally abandon this distorted perception of ourselves. This insight will enable us to identify as the person we wish to be.
