Shabby Chic Market Day

Christchurch's longest running Vintage Market held in and around the Historic Rochester Villa Circa 1860, in Woolston, Christchurch.

A once a month Market, always held on the 1st Sunday of the month since it's beginnings, 11am to 3pm, held over the warmer period of the year - Spring through to Autumn (September to May).

Over 40 stalls surrounding the heart of The Shabby Chic Market Day - The Historic Rochester Villa - plus 2 rooms to explore inside the Villa, a Tinkershed full to the gunnels with gardening tools, flower jugs, books & loads more.
Tea Parties & a Pixie hut for the little uns are all encapsulated within the Courtyard.

This Market follows the Shabby Chic theme - Vintage Treats and Treasures are all lovingly Curated by our Stallholders.
These include clothing, china, kitchenalia, collectibles, haberdasheries, furniture, homewares, books, art, hand crafts made with aroha, earth friendly products, flights of fancy, artisan breads, old school baking, super healthy plant based kai, plants, fascinating treats to tantalise & inspire and so much more.

A magnificent green space that is Radley Park, bordered by The Heathcote River, awaits you a stones throw, just across from The Shabby Chic Market Day, a magic place to relax & feast upon your takeaway Market treats...
Radley Park hosts a childrens playground, Christchurch's Oldest dog exercise area and lots of space for picnics and good old fashioned games, we are a dog friendly market.
