South Island Leisure Marching Event 2024

In New Zealand, over 100 teams with more than 1,000 marchers are involved in Leisure Marching. This year, Temuka Leisure Marchers is proudly hosting the 30th South Island event. There will be 33 teams attending with over 300 marchers. The event will showcase a march past parade, individual team routines, and conclude with a serpentine or maze march involving all participating teams and guests. Although stadium seating is limited, the public is warmly invited to attend. Keep an eye out for 'mature' ladies in uniform as they move around the area throughout the weekend.
