Space Day: Mars + Beyond

Join us in a celebration of Mars and beyond with NASA’s very own Dr Vandi Verma!

A space roboticist and chief engineer in NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab, Vandi has done incredible work with the Mars rovers Curiosity and Perseverance.

Space enthusiasts of all ages are welcome to come and meet Vandi and enjoy a day of celebrating the cosmos at Tūhura Otago Museum!

11am: Science Show – Hutton Theatre
1pm: Goodnight Oppy – Film Screening – Hutton Theatre (Bookings required)
3pm: The Life of a NASA Engineer Public Talk with Dr Vandi Verma – Hutton Theatre
