Welcome to the inaugural Spooktacular Halloween Night Market to be held at the Kelvin Grove Community centre, 68 Kaimanawa Street, Kelvin Grove, Palmerston North for 4pm-9pm.
Free Entry - Come along to check out some great Halloween stalls inside and some yummy Food Trucks outside.
