Spring Creek Playcentre

Playcentre is a unique, village environment for children (aged 0-6) and their whānau, where parents are valued as the first educators of their children and in collaboration with Playcentre Aotearoa staff. It is a friendly and welcoming environment where a sense of belonging is nurtured.

At Spring Creek Playcentre, children and families can access a range of resources and activities, e.g. a sand pit, messy play (slime, painting, mud kitchen and more), art, gardening, sports and ball skills, playground, music, and toys galore set amongst a huge, well shaded garden.

Playcentre is predominantly run by parents and whānau, empowering whānau to choose the best ways to nurture their children’s development through learning and play. Values underpinning our centre include belonging, whanaungatanga, generosity, empathy and co-operation. Watching our tamariki gain many new skills and development is very rewarding.
