Join Villa Maria Senior winemaker Dave Roper for a five-course degustation, by guest chef Olivier Schirm matched with a curated selection of Single Vineyard and Reserve Range wines.

Dave Roper began his wine career at Indevin/Villa Maria Group in 2002 as a cellar hand, before quickly working his way up to Senior Winemaker. His flair for winemaking led him to develop his craft promoting Villa Maria wines in New Zealand and abroad. He believes winemaking blends art and science and will talk us through the wines matched to the spring dishes.
