Stream Clean Up with Kaipātiki Project

Join Kaipātiki Project and help us keep our streams safe, healthy, and flood-resilient! Heavy rains can cause streams to overflow, leading to flooding.

To be prepared for potential flooding events, we will:

- Clear fallen trees, debris and rubbish.
- Remove invasive plants that hinder the natural ecosystem.

Please wear weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy closed shoes, bring sunblock and sun hat if relevant and a reusable drink bottle. A reasonable level of mobility and the ability to follow simple instructions if necessary. Gloves are provided but are not personal, so you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
