Learn how to distil your own gin and aromatic spirits. Back by popular demand, our Elements of Flavour workshops come to Waiheke Island this winter to enliven your senses.

This August’s workshop is focused on flavour in spirits, with a full day workshop on GIN - base spirits, bespoke blends and building flavour. Covers the techniques of vapour-infusion, gin-making, blending with quintessences (individual botanical extracts) and making herbal honey elixirs.

These are small-group workshops (usually 5-6 people) held in our own Lab, where you will get hands-on distilling and blending experience.

These workshops are for anyone interested in learning how to work with the building blocks of flavour. If you've ever wanted to create your own aromatic products, recipes and botanical blends, then this is the workshop for you!
