Ever wondered what's it's like to work in an aroma lab? For our new Elements of Flavour Workshop we are throwing open the doors of our Lab's extensive aromatic library for you to experience (and experiment with). For the very first time, our catalogue of single botanical extracts, quintessences, and raw materials will be at your fingertips, as we demonstrate how we work with aromatics to create, layer and blend flavour.

A hands-on workshop dedicated to FLAVOUR where you can taste, smell, sample and create. If you are looking for new ways to access and experiment with flavour, then here is a workshop that will take your recipes and blends to a new level.

These are small-group workshops (usually 5-6 people) held in our own Lab, where you will get hands-on blending and distilling experience.
