At Hare & Copper, owners Andrew & Lili, take great pride in locally sourcing as much of their ingredients, supplies, and talent, as possible. This is reflected in the wonderful line up of suppliers used in their local degustation.

On the night, you’ll enjoy a carefully crafted menu, with wine pairing, featuring the finest ingredients from local partners, including Awawhiti Cress, Duncan’s Venison, Heritage Meat, Misfit Gardens, M21 Meats, Rangiatea Station, Saltwater Seafoods, The Merchant of Taupo, Te Mata Estate, The Store, and Volcanic Chocolate.
