The mind often overlooks its own processes, leading to confusion and inner turmoil. This lack of self-awareness fuels the instability we experience, limiting our ability to take action and find inner peace.

Join us for a unique talk with internationally acclaimed speaker as he unpacks the transformative wisdom of Buddhist philosophy—a profound approach to life that’s gaining worldwide popularity.

Delve into a journey beyond religion! Discover how insights into perception, rooted in Buddhist teachings, can ease mental pressures and open the door to true happiness. Connect with inspiring minds and deepen your understanding of the mind’s workings to foster lasting happiness.

About the Speaker:
Ven. Handapangoda Nivathapa Thero left a life of material wealth in the UK to pursue a higher calling. Now, as the esteemed Guru Thero of Jethavanarma Monastery in Sri Lanka, he guides nearly 150 monks, 100 Anagārikas, and 120 female Anagārikās. His wisdom and dedication have led to the establishment of projects like a rehabilitation centre and a Buddhist International School, benefitting the wider community. Respected by thousands worldwide, Ven. Nivathapa Thero brings light and truth to all who seek it.
