End your working week on a creative high with the joys of watercolours by painting up a storm together with a glass of wine (or two) for inspiration. As something special for this class you'll be guided through creating your own painting of Petone Wharf. No previous art experience is required and there's no need to worry about drawing as painting outlines will already be prepared for you so that we can focus on painting. We'll cover the different techniques of watercolours such as painting 'wet in wet', colour mixing and brush control. These workshops are suitable for both beginners and more experienced watercolour artists who would like to fine tune their skills and style.

Each class is two hours and the cost of $50 includes all materials and a glass or two of wine. Just turn up empty handed and leave two hours later with your completed watercolour painting to be proud of and a beaming smile of creative satisfaction on your dial.

If at some stage you might be looking for a unique event for a birthday party or for a work social group evening, ask about our special group rates. Please also check out the school holiday art classes for youth.
