Yoga Nidra is an immersive meditation where you’ll be guided through a set of soothing visualizations & mindfulness practices, curated to ensure a deeply restorative experience. Though held indoors, the relaxing sounds, scents and imagery will transport you to a peaceful garden of gratitude. You'll be planting seeds of intention, nurture them with awareness, and harvest feelings of gratefulness.
Yoga Nidra has been shown to induce a state of deep relaxation, triggering the parasympathetic nervous system and reducing levels of cortisol, the stress hormone. This practice also heightens your awareness and improves cognitive function. Get ready to completely let go of stress and tension. An amazing plant-based dinner awaits you after the event.

Christina, a free flower, life lover and certified somatic dance facilitator, is passionate about using movement as medicine and empowering others to find joyful liberation in free-form dance. Alongside her enthusiasm for movement and self-expression, she is deeply aligned with maintaining a grounding practice in Yoga Nidra and can’t wait to gift that experience to you.
