TARANAKI BRANCH IRMTNZ YOUNG MUSICIAN 2024

Showcasing Taranaki’s most talented young instrumentalists and vocalists, this annual event has wowed audiences since 1992. Each performer presents a short recital and is assessed by an independent adjudicator who provides valuable feedback before awarding prizes in two categories: Junior school years 8 – 10 & Senior school years 11 - 13.
This year we welcome pianists, flautists, vocalists and a violinist to the stage. Auckland musician and teacher Susan Smith ONZM has the unenviable task of adjudicating.
Ticket price covers entry to both sessions - do join us for a fabulous afternoon and evening of music performed with all the youthful exuberance and talent we have come to expect from our Young Musicians!

This is a general admission seated performance.
Children under the age of 12 months are permitted to sit on an adult's lap - if a child requires a seat, full ticket charges apply.
