This Journey Is Intended to Be a Yogic Teaching Experience That Is Illuminating, Challenging, Heart Opening & Inclusive. Space School Is Committed to Teaching a Motivating Certification Programme. We Are Internationally Recognised with the New 200 Hour Ryt Credentialing from Yoga Alliance.

S P a C E School’s Yogic Lineage Has Ancient Roots, Which We Trace Back 3,000 Years to the Seeds of Wisdom from the Sages of the Upanishads. Questions That Yogis Were Asking Then May Also Resonate with You: What Do I Give My Energy To?; What Gives Me Energy? ; How Can I Be Calm?

The Style That We Teach Is Modern & Also Classical: Traditional Practices Have Been Developed and Then Infused with Modern Day Wisdom, Insights & Science. The Practices Students Will Immerse Themselves in Are: Mindful Yin and Yang Asana, Meditation, Pranayama, Subtle Body Practices. Within These Practices Students Will Come to Know History, Philosophy, Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Ethical Principles and of Course Know How to Teach Others. S P a C E Has Also Developed 5 Unique Guiding Principles. These Guiding Principles Are Deeply Supportive in Orientating Us, Offering Clarity, Focus and Greater Ease.
