Join us on a 3-hour journey of self-exploration, mindfulness and connection.
The gathering will begin with a with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to awaken your senses and set positive intentions for the evening. Cacao is a powerful plant- medicine which is known for its heart-opening properties, and supports and encourages you to reach a state of deep self-exploration and connection.
What to expect?
Yoga - A juicy and gentle 60 minutes slow vinyasa flow designed to relax, release and promote body and soul connection.
Guided meditation - Find serenity and center yourself with a guided meditation for deep relaxation.
Mindfulness practices - Conclude your evening with a journaling and sharing circle to integrate the insights you gained through the experience.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and bring your favorite journal/notebook and a pen. Light snacks and herbal tea will be provided.

A little bit about us:
Dani, 200hrs registered yoga instructor and trained in mindfulness meditation. Cacao practitioner and cacao lover. Loves to create beautiful spaces that allows deeper connection between body, mind and spirit.
Philippa, 100hrs Yin Yogi in training and trained cacao practicioner. Loves to create safe environments for others to find moments of peace and relaxation.
