Anyone Can Draw

Our "Anyone Can Draw" workshops simplify the art of drawing with a variety of fun and engaging exercises, perfect for both complete beginners and experienced artists alike.

We have four courses on offer this coming term, focusing on "Observational" and "Structural" themes.

Anyone Can Draw Structural examines structural drawing with a careful helpful approach, focusing on simple perspective drawing and the value of geometric shapes and solids. Both these structural approaches contribute greatly to the success of your drawing.

Anyone Can Draw Observational teaches the technical skills of observational drawing using a variety of media, including pen and ink, charcoal, pencil and pastel. Students will learn a range of formal skills focusing on quality of line, accurate observation of shape, gesture drawing, use of negative and positive shapes and using tone well.
