April School Holidays: 2D Game Design (ages 8-10): SOLD OUT

Learn what goes into making a 2D arcade game from scratch!

In this two-hour workshop in the MediaLab, tamariki aged 8-10 learn to use Construct software to develop their own platformer or arcade style game. From designing custom sprites to creating game assets, tamariki are taught everything they need to know to create a game they can play by the end of the workshop.

Places are limited and bookings are essential for each tamariki that wishes to take part.

Please note: Tamariki must have a base knowledge of how to use a mouse and keyboard, especially how to right click and double-left click.
