In 2013 artists in Busan, the second largest city in Korea, established the Busan Folk Painting Association (BFPA) to promote the development of folk paintings and to revive ancient traditions. The association is now flourishing with 86 active members. This exhibition offers the opportunity to view a beautiful selection of Korean folk paintings featuring the way of life and wisdom of previous generations.
