Join a group of likeminded 4x4 enthusiasts on an Adventure over the coastal hills from State Highway 1 near Ferniehurst to the North Cheviot coast.
Meet at 8-9 am at the ‘Beltana Farm’, SH1 on the right 1 km north of the Leader River Bridge & 16 kms north of Cheviot.
This year lunch is BYO so pack a picnic and the collapsible chairs
All Vehicles must have 4 wheel drive capabilities, reasonable ground clearance and current WOF and registration.
The driver must be over 18 years old.

Checkin will open at 8am and close at 9am on the day of the event. Briefing will be held at 9am.
The Route starts off differently to previous years.

AND TO: The duty elected/appointed officers and members for the time being of the club (it’s officers)
I the undersigned and on behalf of the other passengers in my vehicle
1. Acknowledge that I/we am a participant in a four wheel drive safari over the properties and on the date referred to in Clause 7 below, as organised by the club and it’s officers.
2. I/We acknowledge I/we enter and participate in such safari of my/our own choice and accept and acknowledge that I/we do so at my/our own risk in things
3. That in case of a mishap or accident to myself/ourselves or my/our vehicle, I/we covenant and agree to release your club and it's officers from any joint or several liability arising there from and waive all claims against the same in consideration of the safari and the club’s and or officer’s organisation of it.
4. That I/we covenant and agree for the same consideration, to indemnity the Club and or it’s officers in case of any claims. Cost or damages arising from any damage or injury (whether financial or physical) to myself/others, my/our own vehicle or any third party.
5. That given acknowledgement in clause 2 above, I/we contract out of any legal right I/we maybe have under statue or otherwise, in the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. I/we agree and acknowledge that any farmer allowing his/her land to be used for the safari and who is also an officer remember of the club shall also have the benefit of my/our pledges herein.
7. The properties include Beltana, Medina, Claverley and Glenstrae. The date is Sunday 5 January 2025 (or Sunday 12 January 2025 if postponed)


No information will be shared with other organisations unless required to do so in the event of an incident/accident.
