Do you love the taste of fresh egg noodles without additives? Keen to make your own meat buns but unsure where to start? Come and discover how you can easily replicate these delicious specialities at home.
The egg noodles that you will create are great for making simple Asian noodle dishes, or you can top them off with of your favourite sauce. The meat buns you create are soft with succulent and juicy meat filling, perfect for a simple breakfast, lunch, or as a snack.
Some communal ingredients will be supplied but a list of additional ingredients needed will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed. (Approximate cost $35).
Please bring an apron, dish cloth, small rolling pin, sharp knife, tea towels and containers to take food home.
Note: course is not suitable for those who are vegetarian or gluten-free.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
- Make a selection of Chinese egg noodles and buns to take home
- Understand more about the Chinese egg noodle-making process
- Understand more about the Chinese bun-making process
- Feel more confident to make Chinese egg noodles and buns by hand at home
Note: Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel. We'll let you know by email so please check yours regularly.
