It is believed that the full moon can have a powerful effect to influence the flow of qi, or life force energy, in the body.
This practice is perfect for cultivating a sense of calm and balance, and for melting away any stress that you may be carrying.

Emma's classes are designed to help create a safe space where you can relax and connect with your body. Her approach to teaching yin is purposeful, driven by a strong desire to empower students through mindful and compassionate practices.
