Government House Auckland Garden Tour

Come on a tour of the magnificent Auckland Government House Gardens. Tours are free, but places are strictly limited and bookings essential. Tours are guided by our garden team. The tours do not include the interior of the house. Our paths have stairs and are hilly. All participants on a garden tour must have good fitness and mobility and be able to walk and stand for 90 minutes. There is no opportunity to 'sit-out' for part of a tour. Please email bookings@govthouse.govt.nz with the date of the tour you wish to join. Your email must include the full names and ages of everyone in your group (no more than 6 people please), and a contact address and phone number for the booking (mobile preferred). We will email you to confirm your booking and send you entry information. Places are limited and we will run a waitlist for tours if they book out. Photo ID is required for entry. Registration details will be given to NZ Police. Government House reserves the right to refuse entry for a tour or cancel a tour if security settings change.
