We’re thrilled to announce our next weekend retreat: Harmony with Nature!

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Parohe Island Retreat on Kawau Island for a rejuvenating yoga getaway. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with your self through curated practices that use the natural world as a framework to ground and expand your being.

With plenty of free time to explore, you can choose your own adventure: swim, paddleboard, kayak, relax in the sauna, or unwind in the outdoor baths — all in the peaceful surroundings of this stunning island.

Opening: Friday, 28th February from 12:30pm
Closing: Sunday, 2nd March at 3:00pm (check ferry times)
