Highballing on the Shore

Highballing on the Shore is an interactive evening of cocktail and food matching at Flatwhite Cafe.

Wilderkin Spirits will introduce their new vodka flavours—Plum, Lemon, and Kiwifruit—and share the edible stories behind each one.

Guests will enjoy a grazing platter, three small courses paired with cocktails, and the opportunity to craft their own cocktail, judged by the Wilderkin crew and a mixologist.

Local ingredients are used to create these distinctive flavours, adding an authentic touch to this special event.
