We’ll be exploring intuitive collage—a calming and creative process that helps us tune into the present moment and express what words sometimes can’t.

Using images, textures, and colours, we’ll create visual maps of our inner world—no pressure to make anything “perfect” or polished. This practice is all about following your instincts, choosing what resonates, and allowing meaning to emerge as you go.

With a relaxed, meditative pace, Karuna will gently guide us through the process, offering prompts to help you connect with your intuition and creativity. Whether you're working through something or simply curious to explore, this is a space for personal reflection and playful discovery.

No art experience needed—all materials will be provided.

After our session, we’ll enjoy a nourishing plant-based dinner, all included in your ticket. A chance to unwind, connect, and share good food in good company.

Meet Karuna, your host
Trained as a primary school teacher, she also has a background in psychology and Spanish. But her heart is in connecting with others and she always brings a lively and warm energy to the space.
