Kapiti Aeromodellers Public Rally

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER, APOLOGIESOn Saturday/Sunday 15/16 March Kapiti Aeromodellers is holding its annual public flying rally at their flying field at Queen Elizabeth II Park. Our website shows how to access the model flying field in QEII park. Flying commences at 10am both days, but is dependent on the weather. Small chuck gliders will be given away to the first 50 children who attend. There is a sausage sizzle operating at lunchtime. An onsite toilet is available for public use. Car parking is also available onsite.
This is a great opportunity for children and adults to see a range of radio controlled model planes operating.
