A Two Act Show!

Albi and the Wolves are a three-man band consisting of Chris Dent (singer and acoustic guitar), Pascal Roggen (singer and violin) and Micheal Young (singer and double bass).
The band have been together since 2014 and are very popular both in New Zealand and overseas, taking inspiration from folk ideals, but not limited by tradition, following their noses and creating heartfelt music with complex arrangements and compelling melodies.
Since 2014 Albi & The Wolves have played over 400 shows in New Zealand, Australia, Rarotonga and Canada.
What makes the band special is the sense of community that follows them everywhere they go, so whether it’s connection through dance, laughter or singing, audiences feel radiant after shows and keep coming back for more!

Sarah Spicer and The Blue Riders
New Zealand-born singer/songwriter Sarah Spicer spent her early adult years living in San Francisco, California, where she honed her skills as a songwriter, live performer and recording artist in the rock and blues scene.
During her time in America she became a close friend of John Lee Hooker, the famous Blues singer. Sarah sings jazz, folk and blues and writes many of her own songs.
Through her love of the Blues, Sarah has found a new backing group in the form of The Blue Riders, headed up by Liam Ryan, the well-known Tauranga musician and Jazz Festival stalwart.
A unique, versatile and spirited talent, Sarah continues to write and record new songs.
