You will embark on a transformative journey. The session will begin with a cleansing and recentering practice to help you ground yourself in the present moment. This will be followed by a Kundalini transmission, accompanied by music, which will work through all your chakras, aiming to unlock any blockages or stored trauma. The session will then conclude with sound healing, gently guiding you back as you slowly return from the experience.
