Mapua Hall Makers Market

The Mapua Hall Makers Market is an indoor contemporary craft market, featuring a wide range handmade and locally sourced handcrafts by local artisans and makers. We pride ourselves on our community 'feel' where artisans and makers can meet together and interact with the public.
We hold markets three times each year as a fundraiser for the historic Mapua Community Hall. Our hall originated as an orchard shed in rural Tasman before it was relocated to the village where it served the community for many years before a major renovation in 2013. Initiated and funded by the local community, the hall remains entirely self funded and run by village volunteers.
