At the monthly Viva Mexico Petone Cooking Class, students will learn how to make traditional, authentic, fresh Mexican food.
They will also learn a brief history of each of the dishes, and how the “discovery of the Americas” changed the culinary world.

Along with this students will learn about the difference between Mezcal and Tequila with a taste test and sample of classic cocktail Paloma using both spirits.
