The National Youth Brass Band is excited to welcome you to its 2025 concert, which is a cracking live concert for the whole family to enjoy! The band comprises New Zealand’s finest young brass and percussion players and has put together a programme that fully showcases these hugely talented young musicians.

The first half features solos from band members Liam Wright (Principal Cornet), Walter Hughes (Principal Euphonium) and Jonty Zydenbos (Soprano Cornet and Trumpet) alongside a varied programme of both classic and contemporary music, which will entertain and amaze our audience.

For the second half, the band is delighted to present the New Zealand premiere of Wallace and Gromit: The Wrong Trousers. The much-loved movie will be shown while the band plays the soundtrack live, and the band is looking forward to the opportunity to perform this for the first time in New Zealand.

Tickets are available online through Kiwiticket, and there will also be door sales available on the day of the concert.

This is a concert that the whole family is sure to enjoy, and we look forward to seeing you there!
