In this workshop, we will guide and support you in formulating your resolution aligned with your values, which will serve as a great source of motivation for you. You will be creating an action plan that links the long-term goal with the near-term achievable and realistic steps, starting with small changes to help build confidence. We will help you assess the barriers and make a plan to navigate them before they happen. You will also learn to be adaptive, having an easy grasp on your resolution.
Sunday 12th or 26th January 9am - 1pm
$80 (or $ 65 automatic monthly payment holders)
You can book via our system. If you don't have an account with us, firstly you will need to set it up by registering and then to book. You will find the workshop under the courses.
Booking is needed as the workshop methodology is interactive and individualized, and the group size is limited
