Oddish return to the Undercurrent!

After an electric performance in May, Oddish are back for another evening of mystical melodies and psychedelic rhythms.

Oddish is a recording project composed of Jack Gosling (Floromancy), Reuben Burke-Munns & Drew Irvine, who like to make guitar music without words. Bubbling under the radar in Te-Whanganui-a-Tara, the innocuous trio quietly work away. Alongside the subtle release of two EPs, Oddish have been slowly sowing seeds throughout the Aotearoa touring belt. Drawing from instrumental maestros, ambient electronics, classical minimalism and the spirit of Japanese Soundtracks, the band hopes to ferry audiences between moments of momentum and pause, momentum and flight.

So far in 2025 they’ve released Sea Tern, which we highly recommend you check out (available on Spotify and Bandcamp). More releases to come!

This will be somewhat of a farewell gig as we will be wishing safe travels to Gosling as he prepares to embark on a trip overseas. So come join us as we celebrate Oddish as they are & look forward to what they will be!
