TWO SESSIONS - Morning & Afternoon. come for both or just one of them, please RSVP due to limited space.

ABOUT THE EVENT
內功 NeiGong, or the "Internal Arts" is about building Qi ( 氣 Chi/Energy ) & using the Qi as a bridge to cross deeper within. NeiGong is the journey inwards.

The tools used are:
- Opening, connecting and aligning the body
- Qigong exercises (movement / stillness)
- Breathing methods

Neigong initiates an energetic process which has a great effect on our physical and mental health.. but goes much deeper.

MORNING SESSION 9.00 - 12.00 pm

WHO CAN COME
Everybody is welcome to join the workshop, however there are a few exceptions.
Exceptions: being pregnant, under 16 y/o and for those with a diagnosed mental health condition, please contact us.

Expect mild discomfort from training - it takes a bit of effort to open the body :) not all QiGong is soft and comfy, but by the end of the day you should feel energised and motivated! If you have any specific injuries or ailments, postures can be modified.

WHAT TO BRING
- Comfortable clothing
- Comfortable shoes
- Water bottle

TEACHERS
The teachers of this workshop are Kate and Henri, both dedicated students of Qigong, Neigong, Taiji, Chinese Medicine & the related arts and have trained with many teachers around the world. Currently Henri & Kate spend 6 months per year studying in person with the head of the Lotus Neigong lineage, Damo Mitchell, in Indonesia, and are the Lotus NeiGong school representatives for New Zealand and Australia. The curriculum of this workshop is from Lotus NeiGong.

LOCATION
Located at the heart of Mt Eden Village, at the Mt Eden Community Centre. (Note: The event will be taught at a church hall, but it is not a religious event. However, for many, these arts are aligned with spiritual seeking).
