You'll be surround by crystals; have two Reiki masters on hand to guide you into a rested and grounded state; a Yin yoga practitioner who will lead a gentle chakra opening session; and have immersive sound experiences added in throughout the day.

Your day retreat will include:

- Opening sound bath
