It’s your time to explore the transformative power of somatic breathwork.
Included in your ticket is an amazing plant-based dinner afterwards. A chance to have good food in good company!
Uncover and release resistance stored in your body and mind. Using intentional breath patterns, guided somatic movement, and energy activation techniques, we’ll guide you toward letting go of limiting beliefs, stress, and emotional blocks that no longer serve you.
Resistance often shows up as tension, heaviness, or a sense of "stuckness" in our lives. Through breath and movement, this class creates a safe space for self-discovery, emotional release, and a renewed sense of clarity and lightness.
What to Bring:
- Your journal to reflect and capture insights after the session.
