Rough Island Pack Run

Meet on Rough Island just before the causeway onto Rabbit Island for a 2:30pm start. (Go past the Tic Toc Road entrance).

There are a variety of trail options with loops between 2km and 10km.

This is a free event and everyone - all abilities, runner, walkers, members and non members - are welcome. As the loops are off road this event is particularly suitable and safe for children.

Everyone starts together - run or walk at your own pace. Plan on an hour’s exercise and everyone arrives back at the starting point at approximately the same time.

As this event is not timed, no registration or numbers are needed.

Note: If you’re not familiar with Rough Island, be there by 2:20 for a chat with the Event Coordinator about which loop would be best for you, or to meet up with others who want to do the same distance as you.

Meet afterwards at Club Waimea in Richmond for a social get together.
