Workshop Outcomes
- You will understand what officers, managers (PCBU’s) and workers need to do in the real world,
- You will gain an understanding of how to engage your team and make safety ‘Just Good Business’,
- You will learn how to focus on a culture of open communication and continuous improvement around HSE,
- You will establish the ‘Even Better’ culture, to demonstrate compliance with the new legislation in the real world.
