Join us for the premiere screening of Seaweed, A Love Story – a powerful 17-min short documentary diving into the hidden underwater forests of Wellington’s coast, followed by a special Q&A session with the director, film lead and local scuba divers.
Follow scuba diver and Explore Your Coast founder Dr. Nicole Miller as she documents 70km of Wellington’s coastline, capturing the beauty and fragility of local seaweed forests.
We are excited to host a special Q&A session with director and producer Rebecca Pratt (Salty Slate Ltd), film lead Nicole Miller and local dive shop owner Claire Murphy (Dive HQ Wellington). The panel will share their underwater journeys, local stories from below the surface and how you can help protect our local marine ecosystems.
