A 45 minute dance cardio class where you'll leave having learnt about a minutes worth of choreography to a routine inspired by a film, music video or musical.
Every class is different and a surprise to everyone, so you don't need to worry about feeling 'behind'. In our classes, there are no mistakes – only moments.
On Saturdays we have a 9.45am and a 10.45am class so if you miss out on a spot for one, come along to the next!
Wear whatever you're comfortable moving and sweating in – don't forget a water bottle!
