A 45 minute dance cardio class where you'll leave having learnt about a minutes worth of choreography to a routine inspired by a film, music video or musical.
Every class is different and a surprise to everyone, so you don't need to worry about feeling 'behind'. In our classes, there are no mistakes – only moments.
