Silent Movies with live organ music by Chris Hainsworth, interspersed with musical performances by French opera singer Andre Heyboer.


Fiddlesticks (1927): Harry Langdon plays a struggling musician with grand dreams of achieving stardom. But his attempts to play his double bass often lead to chaos and hilarity, much to the dismay of those around him.

• and Georges Bizet (1838-1875) “Toreador, en garde!” (Carmen)
• The Pawnshop (1916): Charlie Chaplin stars as a bumbling assistant in a pawnshop that faces a series of mishaps, including a hilarious examination of an alarm clock and a confrontation with a clumsy robber.
• André sings South Pacific: “Some enchanted evening” - “Bali Hai”
• The Balloonatic (1923): Buster Keaton is a hapless amusement park attendant who accidentally takes flight in a hot air balloon. After landing in the wilderness, he encounters a young woman, leading to further mishap.
