Sketching in the Sanctuary

Join JoElle Gragilla, an experienced artist from South Coats Studios, as she leads you through the valley, guiding you in capturing the essence of Zealandia's flora and fauna on paper. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, JoElle will introduce you to key drawing fundamentals, helping you express your unique connection to nature.

Before heading into the valley, participants will create their own A5 sketchbook to use during the workshop—and take home as a lasting memento, inspiring future visits to Zealandia and continued artistic exploration.

Note: All equipment provided. General Admission tickets include entry to the valley. In the event of unsuitable weather, the event will either be moved indoors, or participants will be advised of cancellation and a refund offered.
