Southern Spice is the South Island spice festival. Hosted at the Ferrymead Heritage Park. A family-friendly event packed with activities, food, music and real-life cowboys. It's a day not to be missed!
The chili eating competition happens in the afternoon, if you are wanting to participate please purchase a Competitor Ticket.
Spice vendors from all around the country will be in attendance to showcase their wares. There will be plenty of hot food and drinks. The park will be operating a lot of their activities like the tram & train. On arrival guests will receive a map of the park detailing where everything is.
