Explore the creative and expressive world of contemporary dance with us, focusing on the creative process, dance technique, choreographic process, intension and narrative - alongside performance outcomes and community. Contemporary Dance is interpretive dance that embraces innovation and dance techniques from various genres, including ballet, jazz, modern dance, lyrical, as well as the use of devices such as spoken word, multi-media, soundscapes, that all play a role in the act of physical storytelling. Join us for creative outcomes and term by term performance goals.
45 minute Youth Classes are $165 per term
60 minute youth classes are $175 per term
Our preschool program follows school term dates.
Youth Term 1 Monday 3 February – Friday 11 April
Youth Term 2 Monday 28 April – Friday 27 June
Term 3 Monday 14 July – Friday 19 September
Term 4 Monday 6 October – Sunday 14 December
We are not open public holidays for youth classes.
