Two Mushroom Workshops (January & February 2025)

Two Different Workshops (one beginner level and one intermediate level) with Matariki Mushrooms

12th January: 'Food Resilience with Fungi': 1:30 – 5pm, $80 per person. Participants will learn how to grow their own mushrooms at home and how to continue their spawn batches so they can continue to produce mushrooms on a home scale at a very low cost.
 
22nd February: ‘Intermediate Level Mushroom Cultivation’: 1:30 – 5pm, $100 per person. A follow-on workshop for those who have previously attended one of our introductory level food resilience with fungi courses or who have a proficient level of mushroom cultivating experience and basic knowledge of fungi ecology.
